【摘要】從交通角度出發(fā),通過不同尺度街區(qū)交通參與者的交通特征調查和簡化模型分析,提出了小街區(qū)路網(wǎng)布局模式在通行能力上的局限性。為保證城市品質和交通效率的平衡,通過案例分析,提出了小街區(qū)的適宜尺度。通過建立交通量與交通承載力的平衡方程,分析了小街區(qū)路網(wǎng)的合理級配。對小街區(qū)路網(wǎng)布局模式和路權分配等方面進行了研究,初步提出了小街區(qū)內部交通規(guī)劃的方法。 更多還原
【Abstract】 Based on the traffic characteristics survey and simplified model analysis of the traffic participants in different scale blocks,the limitation on the traffic capacity of the small streets is put forward.To ensure the balance of urban quality and traffic efficiency,the appropriate scale of small streets is put forward through the case analysis.The reasonable gradation of the street network is analyzed by establishing the balance equation of traffic volume and traffic carrying capacity.The layout of the road network the distribution of road rights and other aspects are studied.The method of traffic planning in small streets is put forward.
