【摘要】在大力推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的時(shí)代背景下,對城市總體規(guī)劃開展環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)是從源頭防止污染、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要手段。結(jié)合成都市區(qū)(市)縣城市總體規(guī)劃環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)例研究,試對關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行探討,并結(jié)合成都地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況總結(jié)提出了評(píng)價(jià)方法的應(yīng)用要點(diǎn),可為開展具體評(píng)價(jià)工作提供參考。 更多還原
【Abstract】 Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,it is an important mean to carry out environmental impact assessment on the overall urban planning to prevent pollution from the sources and achieve sustainable development. Combining with the case study of environmental impact assessment of the overall urban planning of Chengdu City, evaluation methods for key indicators are discussed, combined with the actual situation of Chengdu area,summarized the key application points of evaluation method,which can provide reference for specific evaluation work.
